  • In small doses, kratom increases energy, alertness, and sociability in addition to dulling pain. This makes it appealing for pain conditions that also cause fatigue.
  • Use Kratom responsibly and in moderation to reduce stomach, kidney, and liver problems. Nasal, constipation, and dizziness are the most common side effects.
  • Kratom powder is currently legal in most U.S. states and easily purchased without a prescription. This increases accessibility for those with pain who don’t have access to prescription meds.

Starting with kratom powder
